Levels of Student Awareness
for Spiritual Development Classes
States of Grace College, led by Dianne Parker, offers courses at the following levels of student awareness:
Level 1: Beginner to Novice *
Level 2: Intermediate **
Level 3: Advanced ***

We always work in small group classes (6 - 12 students maximum) so Dianne and our tutors are able to give individual attention.
Much of our course content and delivery style is based upon the world-leading courses at the Arthur Findlay College in England.

Level 1: Beginner to Novice *

Level 1: Beginner to Novice *
These courses are aimed at those who have an interest in exploring and developing the discipline of the course content. For Mediumship: Suitable students may have some awareness of spirit and may even have felt able to give some level of spirit or psychic evidence, but this is not essential. For a Novice (who may have some limited awareness & experiences) or even a new Beginner (who has not explored learning in a class situation before) the main indicator a student is ready is the level of interest they have in exploring further. If it excites or intrigues you, then let's do it!
Level 2: Intermediate **
Students who enrol on an intermediate course must already have some experience in the discipline of the course content. Students must also be able to attain a reasonable level of controlled altered states of consciousness (meditation). For Evidential Mediumship: Students must have already demonstrated reasonable evidential communication from the spirit world in private sitting and/or public demonstration. For Trance Mediumship: Students must understand the nature of altered states of consciousness and spirit control.
Level 3: Advanced ***
Students who enrol on an advanced course must have significant experience and understanding in the discipline of the course content. Students must be able to easily attain altered states of consciousness with full and disciplined control. For Evidential Mediumship: Students must have already demonstrated consistent and accurate evidential communication from the spirit world in private sitting and/or public demonstration. For Trance Mediumship: Students must fully understand the nature of altered states of consciousness and spirit control.
